Habitat Young Leaders Build Training educates individuals about different leadership and communication skills that may impact their area and trains them in basic leadership skills, such as Developing Sustainable projects and communities, Creating Social Identity, Mental Models and Mindsets, Communication and Feedback, Values and Actions, Working in Teams, etc. The individuals will be able to assist in the different sustainable development activities and they themselves will also be able to make their projects or goals sustainable. The individuals will be have the potential to learn, grow and change. With Self-awareness, communication, influence and learning agility as the core of the leadership development, they will be able for building new opportunities and the next level of responsibility. They will also be qualified for encouraging discussions, building trust, conveying vision and strategic intent and attracting people around them.
